MR DANKS LIQUOR SHIPPING

Mr Danks Liquor delivers within Australia (except Northern Territory) and offers the following shipping options:

Orders placed before 12pm are despatched on the same day and orders placed after 12pm are despatched the next business day.

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 AUD and for orders under $200 AUD, shipping charges may vary depending on the weight, size, delivery location and type of shipping chosen by the buyer and will be calculated and shown at the time of checkout.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Mr Danks Liquor do not accept change of mind returns.

DELAYS

Mr Danks Liquor is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Mr Danks Liquor is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as carrier errors or delays). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

DELIVERY/NON-PICKUP RETURNS

If delivery of your order fails for any reason, the order will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you or the recipient via the contact information to inform you of the failed delivery attempt. To book another delivery attempt please contact us through our contact form or contact information.

If 5 days have passed since the initial communication of the failed order, Mr Danks Liquor reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the money. If the order cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your money, this includes, but is not limited to, providing an incomplete or incorrect address, not having access to your delivery address, or when the “conditions contained in this policy are not met.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Mr Danks Liquor will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Mr Danks Liquor recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home. Mr Danks Liquor is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Mr Danks Liquor makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered”.
